I'm not 21!
...yet every now and then, I need to affirm that it's true. Like Saturday night, when I decided it was a good idea to do a couple of shooters, in between drinks of R&C. My goodness! And the payback was little E bursting into my room the next day wondering where her princesses were. UGH! It was a fun night but I think nights like that should be reserved for times when there are no kids around in the morning. :)
The wknd flew...too busy and very tiring. My work party was fun but we couldn't stay long. Though I think it was just enough for E who really needs a nap in the afternoon still. I left behind her pic with Santa though. Rhonda's party (as mentioned above) was very fun. We kept E out till 11:30...I know, bad mama. But she was wide awake and amused us on the way home. Sun a.m. E had a b-day party at Boston Pizza...lots of fun. That afternoon I was no good for nothing. I went scrapping but left early...just couldn't focus anymore. Last night I made "tree-biscuits" in my sleep. I got rave reviews. The recipe is awesome and will add it to my favs.
Tonight is a blank slate. Nothing to do. I think I'll go to bed early. Hopefully I'll get more energy tomorrow.

Ahhhh...21. It was 1994. My first year of college. I had just created the first plutonium powered toilet seat warmer. I raked in HUNDREDS and blew it all at the Membertou casino. And that was just my first week.
Even older...and finding it hard to remember 21 let alone relive it. Alas, Friday night I gave er a shot. We were out til 2. Kids were up at 7. Good times. Fun though! After staying up for Survivior and the Christmas concert last night I'm with when it comes to getting to bed early!! Not literally 'with ya' but ya know :) The rest of the week is relatively free and easy. YAY!!
