5 Years...where did the time go!

DH & I are celebrating our 5th anniversary today. Imagine! I got him a cute card and said something like, "5 years, already?!" Then I rhymed off all that's gone on in the passed 5 years. We got married in 02, Dublin Marathon in 04, house in 04, baby in 05, MIL moved-in in 05, baby due in 07 plus DH changed careers twice in that time. CRAZY!!! Guess we were busy. :) So for our anniversary, DH got a rotten old cold. :( He left work at lunch and is home resting...hopefully...but more likely playing video games.

Fortunately we had no big plans tonight. Although tomorrow night we're supposed to stay at The Prince George. I'm SOOOOO looking forward to sleeping in late and having breakfast in bed!!!! It'll be nice to get away for the night...but I'm feeling bad missing so much time with E. Shay & I are going to an all day scrapping event, then I'm going with DH for the night and the checkout isn't till 3 p.m. That means I'll be away from her all day/night Sat and 1/2 of Sun. I know it's a special occassion. It's just hard to leave her so long.
