Tipping the scale
I'm up. 4 pounds. D!OH! It does bother me but not in the depressing sort of way it usually does. I'm "okay" with it but worried about people asking how I'm doing. It's hard to admit so I'll just coast along and try to get it off quickly. I finished at SFL the end of February. Since then I was down a pound a week until last week. I talked with the owner of Curves and she said I needed a break from dieting. So, I indulged a little...and gained 4 pounds since last week! So, back on the plan. Limited carbs and no extras. I'm embarrassed more than anything. People have been so complimentary. I feel like I've disappointed everyone. I'm not as disappointed in myself because I knew where I was headed. I'm surprised how quick 4 pounds added up. Anyway, so much for not dwelling on this.
Last night I just took it easy. This "cold" or whatever it is is making me tired. So, watched more of Season 2 of Grey's...I'm on the 4th of 6 CDs. E had a better night. Coughing a lot though. Gave her her puffer this a.m. and tylenol. Then when I got to daycare, I noticed gunk in her left ear again. When E gets ear infections (since tubes), the drainage gets like hardened snot at her ear opening. I cleaned out her ear a bit and will start her drops tonight. Poor doll. She's gone through the mill lately. The eye-teeth are pretty much all the way through. Now we just have to get her over this cold/ear infection.
Well, I best get going. Hope you have a great day!

Hopefully the teeth being through will make a diff. I wonder if the ear is why she was up so much last p.m.?
Sorry to hear about the pounds, but you seem to have a good attitude. Beating yourself up will get you nowhere but higher up on the scale. Today is a new day and give 'er!!!
