Bedtime blogger...
...that's what I am now. :) Guess it's not so bad. Who am I kidding??? This sucks! I totally understand where a need for rules. Totally. But I don't take smoke breaks. Shay and I chatted about this on the wknd. She added up how much time smoke breaks took away from the workplace. What was it, 4 weeks a year??? That's absolutely insane!!! So I feel 5 minutes here & there on the internet shouldn't be an issue...but that's my humble opinion. :)
Anyway, went for the CT scan. A bit nerve racking indeed. Picture a giant metal/plastic white donut circling your head with flashing red lights. Oh, and just when you think your neck can't stand the awkward position you're in, the donut starts to change angles! Scary!!! I tried to keep my eyes closed most of the time as not to feel clausterphobic. Not that I am by nature, but you would be in a CT scanner. Unfortunately I have to wait for my follow up, not till April 20th!! Unless of course there's a truck parked on my sinus and they have to remove it prompty...then I'm sure they'll call sooner. (hehehe)
Well, I keep making typos so I better get going. Off for a shower, and into bed to watch TV or read...I think TV tonight. My brain feels mushy. :) Hope y'all have a good day tomorrow. OH, speaking of which, I likely won't get to blog much tomorrow. DH & I are going to the premier of "Blades of Glory". Looks like a very funny premise. Wil Ferrel & the Napolean Dynamite guy. I'll tell ya all about it later.
TTFN!

Yay - glad that's done. Bet it wasn't fun by the sound of it. Sucks to have to wait for the results, but hopefully the time will fly by.
Smoke breaks - 4-6/day at 5-10 mins/smoke .. it adds up to between 3 and 4 weeks of workdays ... could be a whole month of vacation.
And if output and performance are top notch, then I think it just never should have been brought up. If you guys sucked or weren't making deadlines, that'd be different.
But, you're right, rules are rules. I just don't like to follow them for the "sake" of it, I like it when there is a payoff. The payoff here is that the employees might get grumpy. And all of their blog readers too!
Delete this if you want :)
Rules are rules I guess and like Shannon, I am the same about following...they're really meant to be broken right? ;) LOL
Glad you're getting in some posts though!!! YAY!
