You know it's Monday when...

...you just don't want to get out of bed.

I'm not particularly tired today...just real lazy. E didn't want to get up either...probably because she was up a few times last night. Bugger! She didn't eat her supper last night but had cereal and milk at bedtime. Still I think she was hungry and hence the waking up. And of course I think she didn't eat supper because she didn't have a BM on the wknd. Hopefully she'll go on the potty today at daycare.

So my MIL had an aweful start to her morning. She usually parks to the side of the driveway and we park in the driveway next to the walkway/front door. Her and DH landed home before I did Fri and her car was next to the walk. This a.m. she backed into our van. There's barely any damage to our van (just a cracked front light and a scuff on the bumper). However, her back light is busted and her bumper is all dented up. What a sin. It's an honest mistake but a hard one to make. Especially since her car is a nice Maxima and ours is a shitty, dented but solid Voyager. C'est la vie, I guess.

Today I'm staying after work for a send off of one of our co-workers. I'm gonna miss her but will still be working directly with her. She's taking a position as the marketing person for one of my clients and I'll be dealing with her lots...which is great. I can't stand the current marketing person, who got a promotion. So that means there'll be yummy munchies after work. Mmmm...music to my ears. :) This wknd we had our Thanksgiving dinner. MIL out did herself. The turkey was fab and we had stuffing, m. potatoes (w/s. potato mixed in), turnip puff, all kinds of veggies and her legendary gravy...best ever! E helped me make pumpkin pie in the a.m. so we had that for dessert along with blueberry cream cheese squares I made by myself. Gooood eatin'. Love it! Especially now.
