Movie Night - Transformers

Awesome!! Action packed. Great story. Subtle love interest. And what a brilliant 2 1/2 hour commercial for GM. How smart are they???? Good ol' American cars depending good ol' America. Who would love it? And once it's out on DVD, it will be like pablem for kids to grow up and love GM. The original "Bumble Bee" was a VW Beetle. But VW didn't want to be associated with war...understandable. It was a great in for GM to get their top models all fired up with amazing custom paint jobs. They looked awesome. DH wondered if GM would take it further with a Transformer edition putting the emblem on the steering wheel. Genenis!

This movie is traditionally not my type. It was so cool seeing the vehicles transform and actually become characters. In one part of the movie, one of the Autobots was captured and I felt like crying seeing him suffer. Talk about suck you in. ;) Anyway go see it in theatres so you don't miss it on the big screen. It's definitely worth it.
