Best intentions.

Ever have one of those mornings when it's crutial you get out the door on time? That's us this week b/c MIL is on vacation and I have to fit dropping of DH into my to the minute drive to work. Well, let's just say it didn't go nearly as well as I hoped.

Started off leaving 5 minutes late for work. Got in the van and realized I forgot my lunch. Got to daycare and realized we forgot to give E her eye drops. DH went back home. Then I noticed E was poopy. Picked her up and didn't feel any "lumps." Made the mistake of trying to look in her pull up...got a finger full of poop. Didn't want to leave her like that so I took her to her change table...covered with garbage bins from the floor...thank goodness DH was there to move 'em. 8 wipes later, get her cleaned up...litterly from the top of her vagina to the top of the pull up in back. Poor doll. It was 20 after 7 by the time we were out of there...I'm usually at Curves by then. Dropped DH off at 7:30 and got to Curves 5 mins later. Fortunately the boss is on vakay and the guys are really cool. I was only 5 mins late for work in the end. But what a morning!!??

Not a whole lot going on today. Gonna make a few calls about that little issue I'm working on. DH & I had a big heart to heart on it last night. We just need to stay strong, stick together and work it out. Money such a trival thing to worry about. Especially where there are people sick, or in difficult relationships. DH & I are rich is so many ways. And it's not like I wish we were wealthy...just getting by a bit more comfortably. But we have a game plan and within the month, I think we'll make some progress.
