One healthy kid...one sickie.

DH & I went in for an ultrasound today. Baby looks great! S/he is 4 ounces short of a pound. :) It was so neat to see his/her face, arms, wiggling leg, etc. And I even more excited that I have to go back in 2 weeks for another!! I know it sounds bad but everything's okay. They couldn't get a good shot of his/her heart so they want me to come back. I'm thrilled to get to see the baby again. Anyway, while I was gone, I got a phone call from daycare. They think E has pink eye. I feel really bad #1 for not being there for the call, and #2 not picking up on it at home. I should've known. She was all sookie yesterday. And one of the days (forget which) she said her eyes hurt. Poor baba. My MIL is on vacation (thank goodness) and was able to pick her up. She has a Dr. appt. this afternoon so I was able to piggyback E in for an appt. right after. If she has pink eye, she'll have to stay home tomorrow a.m. MIL has appts. tomorrow so I'll have to stay home in the morning but she can watch her in the afternoon.

Onto the wknd...very fun, and busy. MIL took E & I out to supper Friday night...nice treat. Sat we all went out for a picnic at the Dingle. So nice to get out, esp. to watch E play. :) We went home for E's nap. In the afternoon DH & I went to see the tall ships and had a nice supper out. Sun, we went to church and into Bayers Lake to run errands. We got a little stool for E to help her get into her car seat. Takes a load off me lifting. MIL made a nice supper...creamed chicken on toast. Good ol' comfort food. :) That evening, we started moving stuff out of the computer room. DH re-arranged MIL's room to put her computer in there. We still have to straighten out her closet but I think it will give her more room in the end. Tonight I imagine we'll move our computer in our room. Then I have to figure out where to put my stamping/scrapping stuff (yikes!!).
