Don't worry...B. Whitty

Fun, fun weekend!

The Whittys had a very fun weekend. Friday night was left to relaxing, as always. We usually too tired to do anything anyway. Sat a.m., Nana, E & I went to the library for the 10:30 reading. It was fun, although E was very lathargic (sp?). She was cranky, and rubbing her eyes. I feared her ear infection had come back but she wasn't pulling at them. We took the craft home, picked up some books and we both got library cards. :) Afterwards we went to Costco...well I ran in to pick up some things. Then we went home, had lunch and naps.

Sat night, DH & I went to a costume party at his co-workers. It was AWESOME!!! We had so much fun! Steve's huge house and property were decorated beautifully. It was like a kids playground! There was a mock graveyard on the hill. The yard was all lit up and there were jack-o-latterns everywhere. They had a fire going in their firepit too. Nearly everyone was dressed up and having a ball. I didn't really have a costume but put on a wild wig (black & pink flip doo) and just wore matching mat clothes. :) DH dressed as a Jedi Twileck. The young'ins thought he was the Easter Bunny...what a riot!!

Sun a.m., we went to church, and came home to a delish roast pork dinner...thanks MIL!! After naps, DH & I met Mark, Makayla & friend Emily, along with Mark's friends at Celtic Corner for supper. It was so yummy! Then we went to Bluenose Ghosts...very cool! First we went on the Cemetry tour which was really neat...very interesting. Then we went through the Haunted house. Mark pushes the girlies ahead of us so they got all the scares...which we perfect for me! No water breakage. :) We wrapped up around 8, went home and caught E before she went to bed. Nice, fun weekend...hopefully more to come with the holidays coming soon!! Less than 2 months till Christmas!!!!
